pressure in the radiator hose

i noticed after 15 minutes of leaving the car idle the water hose gets filled up with alot of pressure as if something is clogged i took off my thermostat to see whats up but it just builds up alot of pressure and leaks from the caps any ideas what it could be?

could this be from the water pump?

This is normal. All pressure coolant systems do this.
