pressure coming out the oil fill neck?
Ya its funky like that.. but if the car is running i have pressure blowing out the oil fill neck.. cant add oil that way. the car smokes like all sin and besides running rich due to the upgraded ecu (unless its under boost) it runs normal. almost no oil burn at idle but when i hit boost its a james bond smoke screen..
im wonderin if the turbo doesnt have a few bad seals in it and is blowin pressure into the oil pan thru the return?
otherwise do you think the oil seals are toast and i need to do a simple tear down and re-gasket.

Bad turbo oil seals for sure, but I'm surprised there is that much air pressure coming out of the pan. Are you sure???
I know with my car, my turbo oil seals were going, but I bought myself a lot of time (almost a year) by attaching a vaccum line and check valve from the manifold (source) to the oil filler neck- it put the whole oil pan under vacuum and helped with turbo draining.

I also got smoke like crazy like that when my check valve failed one time and applied boost to the oil pan.. that was great!
Defintaly sounds turbo related, but a little weird. There isn't actualyl any way for a large volume of air to come out, that would actually prevent you from pouring oil in it.

if theres any pressure in the oil pan whatsoever it wants to go somewhere (as far as extra air goes but i suppose theres a small possibility of some compression escaping but doesnt smell like it).. so ya i gotta swap the turbo out..
the ecu is from techno square inc.. but im thinkin its probably a rebuild issue as far as it runnin bad.. havent broken it in yet. im looking for an excuse to blow up my rebuid with 400 miles on it so that i can build somethin else.
im pathetic :P

Are you running the stock viscous fan? If so, it IS next to impossible to fill through the stock oil filler tube with the fan spinning.
Is your emissions intact? The stock emissions was designed to suck and burn the slight positive pressure the "crankcase" builds when the engine is spinning.

I had something like this before(maybe more extreme)
if you take out the oil cap and accelerate you will see compression come out
my car smoked badly and oil(sludge) was trying to come out of every it could
when I took the motor out and inspected it
a few of the side seals had a nice gap before reaching the corner seals
and the side plates had deep gouges
