Prepping to overhaul the engine--any advice?
I'm planning on pulling my engine to change the coolant seals within the next few weeks.
I've never pulled a rotary engine before. Any advice? I've ordered the atkins video-heard that it had some good step-by-step info.

^ yeah it's good. Make sure you have a well organized area to work in. At least for me it makes a HUGE difference. It really lowers the stress factor. Make sure you label everything CLEARLY.
Don't forget you're going to have to remove the flywheel... If you don't have a plan than I suggest searching to get some ideas.
For a first timer, you shouldn't have a problem REMOVING things as long as you take it slow. It's putting it back together that is a little more difficult... I didn't have to do this, but if you think you might have a problem than I'd suggest drawing diagrams for things such as the UIM, fuel lines, vaccum lines and the wiring harness.
The Atkins video only covers taking apart the shortblock and putting it back together, so it won't give you help for anything else.
