I've been going 320:1, 2oz. to every 5 gallons, to premix with the OMP. On the Idemitsu bottle, it says 1oz. to 1 gal., but I'm not sure if that's accounting for use of the OMP. I'm trying to decide whether I want to bypass the OMP and just premix, or keep it functioning in case I find that I'm low on premix when I'm out and about. I have a PFC, so it wouldn't be a problem to disconnect it.

From: Bye NYC. you SUCKED!
just so u know, i premix in all my rotary engine cars, from FC to FE(RX-8)

premix about 1/2 oz per gallon of gas with a working OMP.

if I take the OMP out, I would do close to 1 oz per gallon.

I was going to use both, use the OMP for regular driving, but only premixing with OMP at the track. Only problem I see with that is, if I was going to premix, might as well go all out and just only premix.
just a correction as it's the other way around.

1oz per gallon is 128:1 mix ratio for deleted OMP cars, .5oz to a gallon is a 256:1 ratio for OMP fitted vehicles.

nice thing about the PFC is you can set the OMP settings to 0 and turn off the OMP for the most part without disconnecting it from the engine. it will still inject a very small amount of oil but in essence will be turned off.

That's good to know, I will look into that. I need to pick up datalogit so that I can start with tuning. I've tuned other cars, just not a rotary, so I'm interested in starting to learn.
