Pre-Mixing?

Does anyone know where to get the oil for pre-mixing and how to exactly pre-mix it into ur gas tank at regular intervals? I plan to try it but i'm not exactly sure what i'm doing. I have an 89' S5 GTU.

You do this...

Step 1) Goto anywhere that sells 2-stroke oil, preferably TCW-3 grade stuff.
Step 2) Buy said oil with money or other rare commodity.
Step 3) Pour an ammount into your petrol tank before filling up.
Step 4) Drive out, presumably after paying for said petrol.

Nb: For best results go for about a 100:1 ratio, or there abouts, assuming no MOP attached to your motor.

SO basically it's like motor oil putting it into ur gas tank? Wouldn't it run different? I feel kinda iffy about it. I'm scared i'll break or screw something up... So how much oil should I mix into 1 gallon of fuel? Maybe I can compute better when I know how much oil to mix into 1 gallon of fuel when I fill up my tank.

Premix

I bought from a MC shop at first and paid tooooo much. Then found a cheaper oil at Wall Mart. a gallon for about 8 bucks. Works great.

elegance,
No! it's not motor oil. It's oil designed for two stroke engines. Like a weed eater. You mix the two-stroke oil and gas together. If you still have the oil metering pump hooked up to your RX-7, you can probably mix 8 oz. of two stroke oil per tank of gas. The OMP is supposed to inject sufficient amounts of oil into the combustion chamber to keep the internal seals lubricated, but if you also add some premix you're adding a measure of safety.

Yes,

Typically with a fully operating MOP you will want to use about a 150:1 or 200:1 ratio, verses the 100:1 recommended if you no longer have a MOP.

On my vert I run with the MOP set for a lower flow until 3/4 throttle, and use premix.
