Posting again- Smoke at 2000 RPM's ONLY

OK, I haven't figured this out yet...
My car smokes thick white oil smoke (stinks like oil - it has to be) whenever the RPM's are at 2000, but ONLY while decelerating!
Not at idle, not at WOT, not cruise, but ONLY when slowing down, in gear. Whever the RPM's hit about 2000 or so, it will start smoking in about 2 seconds.
It will disappear once it drops to around 1600...
ALso, it will do it at a cold, high idle of 2000. Also, if you touch the gas in neutral just enough to bring it up to 2000, it will start to smoke after about 3 seconds.
Rev it higher though (2500+) and it goes away.
What the hell could be causing this???
I swapped the OMP with another one just to check- no difference- I checked all the lines too. There does appear to be a little bit of oil on the front bottom bolt area of the lower intake manifold... strange.
There is no oil in the IC piping or intake.
The engine only has about 3000 km's on it!
Full compression of course.
Help!! Any ideas at all would be appreciated!!

I'll venture a guess, I think it's your turbo's oil seals are going bad.

That's a possibility. I have to pull off the manifold to check for evidnce of oil before the turbo.
