possible huge problem
so i went out today car running fine and when i got home my coolant buzzer went off as i pulled into the driveway... temp gauge was almost at the oh **** your beat level .. i shut it off and popped the hood and saw the coolant hose thats right above the rear plugs was spewing ... what i need to know is . after i fix the hose and put coolant in do i need to burp the system , and if so how ? i looked and all i found was "you need to burp" but no idea how... if anyone can let me know with the quickness it would be much appreciated ,

Fill up the coolent at the highest point you can and then start the engine with the coolent cap off and let it run for a while. When it's running, squeeze the upper hose and you will probably see bubbles come to the cap area. Do this while it's running for a few minutes and then put the cap back on and go. If your coolent buzzer starts going off again then let the engine cool off and repeat.

cool i got all that done but now my temp gauge dosent work at all... but the system is recirculating coolant... i just dont know how hot....

the temp gauge is located on the side of the block with the plugs, and just goes strait in to a plug on the block, in case it came unplugged
and if the coolant buzzer is still going off its probably because you have air holes in the coolant line and you may need to bleed the whole system to be safe

You probably knocked the plug off the sender when you changed the hose. Plug and sender are just below the oil filter on the rear plate. Plug it back in and it should start working.
