Porting question

I have an 87 NA...and when I rebuild I want to port..instead of buying a bunch of other stuff....question is..can someone tell me how I can achieve roughly 250+ish HP and retain or gain low end pull....what kind of porting would do the job and how much would it cost me if I did it myself?

Not possible...
You'd need to throw away the stock ECU and intake manifolds to gain that kinda power.

You could try a bridge port. That might put you up into the high 100's low 200's Max. You would need to do some modifications to the fuel system + a new ECU at least. New intake manifold too (like RETed said)..
