Porting Manifolds, worth the work?

Well, like the title says...
Is it worth opening the ports up and matching gaskets and all that jazz, going from an s5 to an S6 UIM, and since everything will be apart, it crossed my mind.
Will the 3rd gen UIM flow good enough as is? Is it more work then its worth to port it out?
Just need a few opinions and all that ****.
