Port working properly?
Is there such thing as half opened or partially opened 5th and 6th ports? or when they open up they're fully open? please inform me.

On an S4, yes. The way mine are rigged up (via air pump), they are partially (maybe 1/3) opened at 3000 rpm, and become fully open at about 4000. If you still have the stock setup using backpressure from the exhaust system, yours won't be exactly "open or shut, and nothing in between" either....

Series four aux ports work off back pressure in the exaust. Gutted catalytic converters might have lessened the backpressure. That means they are likely opening later than the design.
A Summit RAcing RPM switching device, plus a solenoid as found on your vac rack, plus a plastic 3/16ths hose barb, plus about two feet of vacuum hose and you can make them open at any rpm you want. Oh, you need the airpump also for the driving force.
