What did the oil come out of? Oil pan, oil cooler, metering oil pump? Put oil in it and see where it drains out at.

It's a good idea to wait a bit longer than 10 minutes for a reply. And be more detailed, we can't help you with something as vague as that. That's like going to a doctor and saying "I've got a pain" and expecting him to know what you're talking about and diagnose it with only that.

Figure out where the coils coming from. 'blew' up is a pretty bad term, unless that engine exploded and flames went flying everywhere, blew up is a BAD description. You have to figure out where the oils coming from, what it's doing, what lead up to it happening, and so forth. It's not rocket science (not that that's difficult either)

I hear you there... but sheit, why do they ALL drive mustangs??? Thats the real question.

I think you could've blown an oil cooler line or the cooler, that is usually the first to blow when you have high oil pressure (over 60psi). Cheap oil filters can blow also. Fram's are good to about 80PSI... LOL. Check for signs of gaskets or blown seals sticking out around the oil pan or engine. If you REALLY can't see where its comming from, spray off all the oil/grime and see where it seeps out again. I'm thinking oil cooler lines though... mine are leaky also..

Likely scenarios: Oil filter pedistal o-rings, OMP lines, OMP itself, Oil cooler lines, oil cooler, blown front main seal.

if you guys remember the show "married with children" the v6 mustang convert was called a testica 2000. hehe. i thought i blew up my car, pouring what looked like oil all over the ground and woulldnt start. turned out the fuel line blew off was spraying fuel all over the oil pan and making the gunk drip on the ground.
