I will start by saying this"FC manifolds are a huge pita!". I am unsure of the actual amount of hours due to the fact I cannot count that high. Yours seem to look a lot better than mine too, you bastard(jk). I will be doing the swap this weekend. They are also ported!

You may be wrong about that. I had mine done professionally but yours looks perfect mine has a few spots I would have done better if I had the tools and experience.

It does GO. It just needs to look perfect too. Some of us do care about more than just performance. It is possible to care about both performance and appearence so please FLAME ELSEWHERE!

tinvestor- Thanks, but they are far from perfect. Yet, it is a huge improvement over stock. This is the first time polishing aluminium. Ienjoy having projects though.
1revvin7- It seems as though you have this whole talking out of your *** thing down to an art. A wise person would ask questions first before opening their mouth and inserting their foot into it.
As I said" All of the intake runners are ported". When I swap the manifolds and tb(also ported, and modded) all emissions will be removed. So, it is a dual purpose adventure of performance adn asthetics.

I really like that look too! I was toying with either polishing or chroming. Not sure of the chrome costs but I wil check into that this fall. Do you have a list of tools and steps that you took to polish your stuff??

it takes a loooong time and if you dont keep a perfect surface it will be wavy and look bad on a rim or any large surface. There are a lot of tools you will need to do it efficiently. Dont forget how messy it is and when you polish aluminum the powder will NEVER come out of any fabric or even semi porus surfaces.
ROTORSPORTS pictures show that the finished product is not perfectly smooth and really isnt close to chrome or polished aluminum however "coolchrome" does provide a heat barrier like ceramic coating. looks better than stock but not like chrome and for $400 you can get nicely polished manifold and Take your girl to dinner and a nice hotel with the left over cash.
