PLZ help me with my plug wires.. i think they are mixed up on my 87base!!

PLZ help me with my plug wires.. i think they are mixed up on my 87base!!

I think I found out why my car runs like crap and has no power. I think my plug wires are all messed up on my 1987 base rx7!! does anyone have a diagram or can help me put the right wires on the right ignition coil assemblies and right spark plugs.. plz help!! thanks

ok on your rotor housings, by the spark plugs there is a T and a L. that is your trailing and leading. your front rotor is #1 and your rear rotor is #2. on your coil packs above where the spark plugs plug on there is numbers. on pack has T1 and T2. the other pack has L1 and L2. now connect L1 to the front rotor on the leading plug hole idicated by the letter L stapmed on the rotor housing, than put T1 on the other one on the front rotor. than do the same for the rear rotor using T2 and L2.

The Top plugs are the Trailing plugs.
The Lower plugs are the Leading plugs.

Easy to remember mnemonic.

coils are marked with t1,t2,l1,l2

t = top
l = lower

rotor 1 is the front ( rad )
rotor 2 is the back ( windscreen )

( just to confirm what everyone else said really )
