Unhappy please help me

hello all. i have an 86 N/A with the throttle body mod, cold start removed, 5&6 ports wired open, electric fan, bonez high flow cat and a straight pipe. my problem is my car will not idle when the engine is cold. after the car warms up it idels perfectly at 800 rpm's.now yesterday my clutch master cyclinder blew and i replaced it today. now the car idles real rough when warm and it sounds like it is misfiring. what the hell did i do?????what could i do to get this car to idle when cold and run so it passes emissions(it had a hard time last year). i am selling the car and want to make it run right for the next lucky individual in the rotary world.dont worry, will buy another rotary when i can afford it someone please help me. thanks alot

nathan

What do you mean by "it won't idle when cold", it shouldn't idle when cold, it should sit at about 1500 RPM's.
