www.rotaryresurrection.com (Home of the affordable rebuild) is a fantastic site, with a lot of tech information, and TII swap info. There is a link off the main page (upper right i think) for the swap.

I just did a TII swap into my 90 GXL last month. Couldn't have been easier. Of course, I have alot of help in my area. To be honest though, all I needed was this forum and all my questions were answered. If you need any specifics, let me know.
Really though, I don't know why so many people have so many problems, it was basically drop in and go.

Sorry, to answer your questions-
-TII engine (rebuilt longblock, preferrably not a Jspec)
-TII harness (not Jspec, not long enough)
-downpipe
-FD or better fuel pump
-boost gauge
After those basic things, you are up and running. The level of your build depends on the power you intend to make.

I'm in the middle of a turbo II swap into my convertible and it's pretty simple. The hardest part is finding parts
since my donor car had some missing things. It's taken me about a month so far, but that is in between work and school. I'd say I have a total of 1 and a half total days in it and about another two days full of work left to do it. If you've got two or three buddies and a full weekend, you could knock it out rather quick.
