If your ***** is really that small and you want to advertise it to the world, why not just get a sticker printed up for your back and front windshields for a few bucks instead? Then you can spend the money on a ***** enlargment. After you attract a bunch of 1980s bitches with giant hair and giant hoop earrings to that FC with that kit on it, you won't have money for them to milk you for so you won't have them long before they move on to the next guy with no *****.

The Mariah FC is too much for me, its WILD but I don't think it looks that HOT! Sorta has a KIT CAR image too much! But the YELLOW Erebuni one, now that one is a HOT LOOKING KIT!!! Personally the BEST KIT FOR THE FC is the KnightSport and RE Amemiya kits:

If you're adding on (like a wing to an FC that has a small wing/none) then you would be adding on weight, but if you're replacing a heavy piece w/ a lighter fiberglass piece you would be taking it away.

Yellow one...
I had one exactly like it, except it was in white. Maybe some of you guys remember...That's the Tripoint Engineering Widebody Kit and I was selling it on the board with a blown turbo.
Personally from owning a wideboy car...I wouldn't do it again. Just the cost of my tires could've got me a whole another body kit. Thanks to its wide fenders...Mine had Kinesis K20 18" with tires 335/30/18. Freaking expensive to maintain. I had to fix a few cracks on the kit since fiberglass isn't the most sturdy material in the world. My opinion=not worth it.

If it had died in the mountains I would've taken it home and done it myself, as I wanted to in the first place but it was winter and I was at school and my dad thought paying someone would be better given the circumstances. Before you try to embarass people with such intelligent statements, please get your information straight. And it's really class of you to personally attack someone for something that they could not control. Real nice. I'm allowed to have my opinion and I can go to any forum I wish. I know FC owners and guess what? FC owners come over to the 3rd gen forum all of the time, including the guy who started this thread. I'm not bitter about anything, I'm just stating what I'd think if I saw that abomination of a poor FC. Other people didn't like it, too ... why don't you attack them?

Whatever floats your boat. IMHO, the mariah kit looks like crap. I'm shure most people will agree.

RX-7s come from the factory lookin' good, I personally would not want to ruin the stock appearance. For people who like the body kits, that's cool. But there is no way in hell that body kit makes an FC look better than an FD. An FD is a work of art, there are very few cars if any that can match it's visual appeal.

Personally, I like FC's with the headlight kit/front bumper better.
this one's kinda like old school lamborghini's or oldschool porsche's,
either way, it still looks too old school.
I wouldn't compare it to an FD, but i'm pretty sure any normal person(which means people who arent obsessed with FD's or FC's)
would choose the FD over that in a second.
I also agree about the small ***** factor,
saw an old porsche turbo with a fat kit that looked pretty similar,
and the guy next to me said "boy that guy must have a small dick"
I'm guessing you'll get the same kind of responses in this FC.

I have been Mariah's shop many times - and I will say that yes their body parts (I won"t call them KITS) are VERY high quality, and are built to full OEM or better standard. the finish on the fiberglass straight from the mold is better than any other I have ever seen, It's even better than GM OEM Corvette parts - When painted they are hard to tell apart from steel OEM. The Fenders have all the proper boltholes correctly placed to bolt right on w/o any extra fitting. I guess I am saying they are expensive but you get what you pay for. They are NOT mass produced but each one is basically built to order.
I agree the Mode-6 is over the top - too wide and the rear wing is way too much. but the E-production front fenders are works of art - They add 2" clearance and look like Factory Orig parts. The front fascias are fully functional, They are the same as the one Mariah used on their 200+ mph fc Bonneville racer

I just like the mode 6 fenders. functionality is what i want and wider tires are always functional. plus i dont like the idea of having wheels that stick out 4 inches past the stock fender. i will leave that to jeeps and wal-mart sponsored Honduhs.
(i just love it when they stick those little golf cart wheels way out the sides of their cars. )

Nobody has mentioned the body kit Tri-point Engineering sells.
www.tripointengineering.com
If you want a near stock looking wide body kit it has to be one to look at also.

The Mariah Mode 6 was once sold as a distinct car (rather than an FC with a body kit), and they really do the whole thing -- body, drivetrain, interior. I have a fast FD, and the Mariah was pretty fast (I've ridden in the red one). It would be a good race. I am sure that it is faster than a stock FD.
The thing that impressed me most about the car was the quality with which it was executed. All the body stuff fits perfectly and is well finished. The car has a tastefully executed leather interior with some very nice Recaro seats. And it just worked well, which is difficult to acheive with a highly modded turbo rotary. The Red car was part of our caravan to WWW and it did not have any problems during the 700+ mile trip.
I am kind of a minimalist, so the overall look is a little over the top for my tastes, but the extremely high quality of the end result is impressive in its integration, reliability, and performance. It is a wild looking, but very nice GT car.
