PD replacement

I've been looking up info about my problem and have been smelling around and I have determined that my pulsation damper is leaking. Im pretty frustrated and I want to get it taken care of immediately because I need the car as a daily driver and will not drive it risking a fire. This topic has been touched on a few times I know but I'm looking for step by step instructions how to replace it and where I can buy a good quality replacement PD. If there's a link to what I'm looking for please just post it for me. Thanks.

Edit: The Haynes manual or FSM will tell you how to remove the upper intake manifold (uim), and the throttle body and uim can be removed in one piece. You'll will likely need a gasket also (uim to lim) when replacing the removed manifold.

...or you could search "banjo bolt" and get rid of the PD all together. Been runnin one ever since my PD failed 3 years ago, no problems, and cheaper too. I thin coat of RTV (I prefer black) works just as well as a gasket, costs less, and has more applications.
