Might be.......might not be a problem in the area of emissions testing.

Look at the rotor housing in the area of the exhaust port. Inside the port there should be a half inch hole where the sleeve is. This is the outlet for the ACV air into the exhaust. I'm NOT talking about the half inch hole outside the housing below the exhaust port. That is EGR related and not worth talking about. The ACV hole is inside the exhaust port.

Since only one rotor housing is being replaced..........then I THINK you can pass emissions with the ACV air exiting just the one original turbo rotor housing.

It all has to do with the path the ACV air takes down to the rotor housings. The path is different on the non turbo engines.........which means the hole on the non turbo rotor housing is not going to get there on your turbo engine with turbo ACV/intermediate housing/intake.

That ACV air is called PORT air............'cause it goes to the exhaust PORTS.
