partial throttle hesitation

the car is a JDM S5 full swap.. Today was the maiden voyage

i get a very strange hesitation at very very light partial throttle.. something like 4-5% is my guess

at a stand and as well as driving... if i'm pressing it any more than that.. no problem... i can WOT, i can pull to redline, i can accelerate briskly anything up that first little bit...

but if i use a very light throttle to try and cruise at a certain speed... or i try to drive very slowly to keep the noise down... I can't.. it bucks and fuel cuts

I connected the wideband... and the fuel goes super lean in the high 20's at that point

the car has all the normal grounds PLUS an R-magic grounding kit...

I just installed a Super TT denso pump.. still no diff...

any suggestions?
