Looks good! I was planning the same thing with a few changes:

Lowering - 1.5 inches or so
Wheel spacers - The fronts don't stick in "too" much but the rear ones could be spaced out quite a bit without any ill effects.
Sticky tires - Probably Azenis Sport - 215's are quite a bit actual width wider than many 225's I've seen. Should fit great.

Just some suggestions! So far so good!

those look nice on that car. I agree with the rest of the crowd, a 1" drop would make it perfect, but hey, you don't got the money, you don't got the money. no ways around that. I also love the plates! very nice touch. lol 1SXYRXY

You ought to take the paint on the lip down to the stock finish, polish it, and clear coat the whole thing for a nice two-tone look. Looks good though.

looks good but should've been static balanced, if you get new tires, those wheel weights are coming off and a nice mis-colored spot will show through.

Don't get me wrong though, I love how they turned out and all! I was thinking of painting my S5 GXL wheels the same color, now I am sold on it

1 1/2" is too much.

More than 1" cut risks the springs comming off the perch at max rebound.

1" is just right.
