It depends? what exactly do you mean?

When you spin the wheel does it go on-off-on-off as the wheel goes round (or sqweeks when driving?) that is a warped disk.

if it is constantly Binding ie on all the time but the others arnt that will be a seized piston in your caliper.

There are loads of things that could be wrong with Brakes but i'm only Guessing from past experiance.

Can you spin the wheel by hand? does it feel stiff or is it just making a noise?

That's normal - you should be able to spin the brake disc with your hands pretty easily.&nbsp If you cannot, it might be a dragging caliper...
