p-s-t bushing install

I have just done a P-S-T polygraphite bushing install on on my 88 FC.
For the rear end I recieved bushings for the swaybar mounts and links but not for the pivot bushing on the trainling arms. P-S-T doesn't sell the part.
I was wondering if there is a good reason for this or could I turn some down from something stiffer, polyurethane?
Thanks for any help,
Jon.
