Slow down
Seriously, did you re-time your car after installing them? You may be running a bit advanced. Was anything else changed while you swapped the pullies? Also, which pullies did you install? They have a few of them.

Well, the RB main pully is designed for race cars. It underdrives your water pump 13-15% per theie webpage, so that means you are flowing less water then with the stock pully since it turns slower. It is meant for cars with upgraded cooling systems and cars that are at high rpm's so that the water pump won't cavitate. If you installed in a daily driver with no cooling mods, that could be the problem.
Timing should be set the same as stock. The pulley has the marks on it. You hook up a timing light to the leading plug wires and line up the leading mark by adjusting the CAS, then repeat the steps for the trailing. A full explanation is availible in the factory service manual, which is availible for download on my site under How-To's then manuals.
