over heat NEED HELP

thermo is good. tested the radiator. it has even temp all the way top and bottom. also flushed it. still need to insall the lower cooling cowl. also nees a housing for the cap. my overflow attachment is broken. I am not regulating the pressure with the overflow blocked off. I think that is my main problem now. Any one know where I can get this piece. It is either real expensive or no-one has it. the mixture is good. I use prestone 50/50 already mixed. If J-rat and I ever get a lold on this other 7 I will have all the parts I need. Slacker. I cant really drive the car to much, but around my neighborhood. So it is mostly sitting with a little driving at about 20-30. or however fast I can go. Last night I took it out for a longer drive and temp stayed at 1/2

hey, I changed the water pump and still over heat. got new radiator will install tonight. how do I bleed the system of all the air. I don't really get the steps. maybe I am just stupid or something. can some one help
