BC Opinions on wheels paint

So I'm going to be putting these wheels on my 86' RX7 and I'm most likely going to plasti-dip them. I'm thinking I'm just going to go black but I've heard some suggestions to go white. Not sure which I should do, or any other colour I'm into. I'll put a photo of the wheels in question and my car to get a good idea of what they'll be going on also.

Obviously, white is going to show dust, etc. more than black but that is not a Plastidip specific phenomenon, it happens with regular paint, too.

What is Plastidip specific is the texture of the coating, which is somewhat textured and will trap more crap than a smooth hard paint surface.
My project car is black dipped and looks awful when dirty...worse I think, than regular paint.
It's not complete enough yet to hose off, so I can't say how that works.

I'm on the fence about white wheels in general but would probably avoid Plastidip if you decided white was the color of choice.

I plastidiped my wheels white about 6 months ago. They still look fine and would look better if I had waited to spray them after I put my new tires on. I cleaned them the other day and I got most of brake dust off with little effort. And they are still white!

apparently white/lighter colored wheels appear bigger compared to darker colored wheels...dunno. But IMO for your car color I would say a ligher/white color would look better than a dark/black color

So am I, the amount of cleaning I feel it'd take wouldn't be worth it to me haha...cause white would show up a fair amount of dirt and dust as you say. I'm still on the fence on if I'll plasti them or just spray them. This car has had black wheels before I took ownership and from what I recall it looked pretty nice.

Yeah going to 5 lug...and when you have bald front tires and 30% or less tread on the rear, going to these wheels with tires that are around 90% tread don't sound horrible. I'm keeping my eyes open for other wheels.
