Opinions/Thoughts on a 2nd 7 purchase, please!
Hey everyone. This is going to be a bit meager of a first post, but I'm curious to see what you all think.
There is a black s4 'vert parked at a gas station/mechanic up the street from me. The top is in decent condition, but the body seems straight... The problem is, I think its been sitting for over a year. That obviously brings a whole set of problems into the picture, but do you think they would be huge issues? I was thinking about offering them a few hundred for it, but aside from oil change/changing spark plugs I'm completely inept under the hood... Sound like a bad investment?
My current 7 is an '86 base model, I love it, and I'd love to have a sister car to drive during the long summer season here in CA.

Read.. www.aaroncake.net .It's the best advice you will get.(your "scenario" is a common one.).He has some info on what to look for when buying a used FC, and also how to get the car going after storage,down-time,etc.Good Luck.
