oh god its one of those weird foreign FCs.

I'd swap out a usdm engine and wiring harness and coils/igniter etc.

Wow I've never seen a carb'd 13B (stock) in an FC before. Could you get parts shipped from the U.S? I'm sure some people here would gladly hook you up with some S4 N/A parts for really cheap.

Im not absolutely sure, but youll need the usdm S4 NA waterpump housing./alternator intake manifolds/TB/tb adapter.

MAF, pressure sensor, ignition coils, ecu, wiring harnes probably for the engine and the body of the car as well.

injectors and well, thats probably it.

There was never a 12A on a 2nd gen.

The S5 foreign models had an S4 engine/gauge cluster etc. More left over parts.

Well the body doesn't look bad, and the interior is actually pretty nice.

You may very well want to do a T2 swap on it. Swap out all of the harnesses, perhaps go straight to a standalone, if possible...

i am very disappointed to see a 12a in it. However, you must work with what you have right?

If you need any help feel free to pm me asking questions.

Ok, i am now thinking perhaps a 12a was put in there by someone else? Or something weird, as it still has the S4 na 13b resistor pack and variable resistor in the engine bay. Also what appears to be most of the S4 NA engine harness laying there.

WTF

well is what i would do first, for the swap at least, is to try and get a set of usdm wiring harnesses and all of the electronics that go with it. Convert to the us coils, and get the engine bay tidied up to drop a new engine into it.

I'm not sure if you've read up on it or not, the swap threads, but you'll wanna get the T2 rear end and axles and driveshaft.

Then i'd buy a Jspec turbo 2 engine/transmission and have the engine rebuilt with new apex seals and all new seal springs, upgrade the oil pressure regulators to the fd ones, change out the thermal pellet and the front and rear seals. This will give you a good start with a healthy engine.

I would then start trying to build the rest of the car from a standalone, as it seems as though it'd be a big hassle to wire a stock ecu of any sort into there.

Yes, that was in my mind.. First one healthy engine than mods.. Car will be stripped down to go to a bodyshop, respray than T2 swap.. But in same time build for track..

I reading this forum for many years, but now I have a car..

I am car mechanic ( honda mechanic, dont kill me ), so I will be rebuilding engine , car etc..
