OMP splitter question

I just replaced my oil metering lines and am in the process of putting everything back together. I am having a problem with the vacuum splitter that runs hoses to each of the oil injectors. I know it is my own dumb fault for not paying attention when I took it out, but how does the splitter assembly route? Does the thick line on the back of the splitter that connects to the UIM run under the secondary fuel rail line and vacuum rack? Or, does it just sit on top with the lines running next to the primary fuel rail? When I changed my pulsation damper at another time I don't remember the OMP splitter or lines being next to the primary fuel rail. I just can't seem to get the splitter to fit along with making the primary fuel rail sitting flush and don't want to assemble anything incorrectly. Sorry if my question is confusing as it is kind of hard to explain. Thanks in advance for your help.
