OMP---No search results?
I'm looking for the writeup in the archives on how to change the OMP lines. But when I go to search for OMP under 2nd Gen-specific/archives, it says that there are no results. A glitch, perhaps.
Anyone got the link to that handy?

Consider premixing your gasoline, the OMP can be a headache and finding the correct stuff to redo the lines can be worse. 1oz per gallon of "high quality" 2-stroke oil will guarantee that the apex seals are oiled. A lot of racers eliminate the OMP and run premix.

I searched for Oil Metering Pump.
If you want just to see where they go, look at the FSM

I appreciate the response. I also just searched for 13b just to see what would come up---and no results. Maybe the site is glitching out right now. Thanks again.
Also, I used premix on my first gen. Effective, but not my preference.

Its a pain in the *** I agree, but only after having to put a new Pulse damper on the 7 that I realized that my OMP lines had been way too hot and melted. My only alternative at that point was to premix. OR find a low mileage donar car to canabalize the lines from.

You know, for about $20 bucks you could buy teflon tubing to replace the lines with. I bought them from MSC about a year ago. The thread that NoDOHC just posted has parts numbers and everything.
But then again, since you're already premixing...might as well keep doing it! lol

Sorry, I didnt pay attention to the fact that you needed to know how to replace the lines, Just gave my $0.02. Anyways my engine is pretty high mileage and I think the premix has helped with compression on an already happy engine.
