All rotary's have oil coolers.
The stock system is more than adequate for the horsepower you are capable of tuning. If you have doubts about your coolers serviceability, remove and send it to a certified FAA Repair facility to be cleaned, flushed and tested. Cost 125-175. Replace the stock mazda lines with Corksports or AN equivlent. Make sure yo run your underbelly pan. And change your oil every 3K miles
