oil rout line ?
On a normal recipicating engin the oil runs therew the crank case and up and lubs evrything.
since non of this exsists ona rotary and you convert it to premix well what ells does the oil do? do u still need oil? can u block off all the lines? just a wierd thing that came to minde since someone said they removed there lines and non of thos parts exsist in a rotary and all i could think of was that it just sprayd the rotors.

Uhm.... The external oil lines (From the OMP) just pump oil into the chambers to help lube the apex seals, however, the rest of the oil serves MANY purposes, it helps cool (not a whole lot, but it does), it lubricates the eccentric shaft and the rotor bearings, and flows into the rotors (the oil seals then prevent them from leaking out past the rotors). Anyway, don't run without it!

Though there aren't many moving parts on a rotary, they still need lubed. Mostly the main bearings. The oil also does approximately 30% of the internal cooling, which is quite a bit compared to a piston engine.
The OMP lubes the all of the rotating seals that contact the housings, apex, side, corner and oil.
