Oil Consumption Is Insanely Low

For non-agressive low rpm driving, I might add 1/4 quart ever 2-3 fillups.. that's it.
You start doing allot of high-rpm enthusiest driving, you might see a bit more consumption.

my car has really low oil consumption as well but that's because I dont' spend much time bagging her.
On a lapping day at race tracks or a full day of autocross (15-20 runs) I'll use up half a quart (give or take a 1/4 quart).

I'm a "very spirited" driver and like my RPMs above 4k (not one for driving lightfooted). I just assumed that she'd eat more oil than that with all the hell I give her.

I'm in the same boat. I probably leak more oil then burn it. I only redline once a day, after that I drive normally.
I did start running a bit of premix and noticed the car runs alot smoother, but I have to start using a little less so I don't keep getting high off the two cycle fumes. I'm at 100:1 right now and i think I'm going to keep decreasing the ration little by little until it stops stinking so much, hehe.

well, it is normal to lose 1 quart every 3k-5k miles right? either you're clogged, or your omp system and engine are in good shape. if you're still paranoid, you can add a little premix so you get extra protection.

The Haynes manual has a procedure for testing the omp system. Look at the point where your linkage connects to the throttle. Sometimes that brad gets loose and bends down, if thats the case it wont be lifting as hard on the omp linkage. You could add some washers at the omp to make more oil flow.
