oil additives used in TII s5??
id like to know if any one hase had any luck with adding stuff in there oil like redline, royal puple, i know with the first gen 12A engine i could use redline and the engine temps would go way way down ( bass was using that at our bruce country meet with no fan he was ruiinign 1/8 temp) any way please give me your pros and cons thanks Moe

generally the no smoke additives which basically are used to soften seals but it appears in this case they deteriorated the seals. just saying i prefer not to use additives in rotaries since most additives out there on the market are aimed at piston engines so it is a gamble with everything you toss in there that the oil seals may not like it.

what abut the tranys? i sued royal purple in my 12A trany and 2000miles l8ter she poped.
mabey it was just going to happen but i kind of figured the last thing i did was fill it with royal purple.
