I'd check oil feed and return lines first and if those aren't the culprit then check the turbo for bad seal.

Well it looks like the oil got into the turbo inlet, went through the compressor up the charge pipe and into the intercooler. It didn't make it through to the intake though. The exhaust side is all dry. I'm going to put the old turbo on, hopefully it will work out. I managed to spill some coolant on the old turbo when taking it out, probably got some inside...will the coolant damage anything on the turbo? It's probably all dried out by now, just want to know.

Thanks, I'm running it down to the local "speed shop" to have them tear the turbo apart and see if there is anything wrong with it. Hopefully nothing.
