Odd engine issue
Hey guys,
Hoping someone can help me out with this problem. I recently picked up a J-spec 13B turbo engine, looks to be an S4 (waterfiller neck on the pump).
I cannot get it started due to what seems like absolutely no compression in the rear rotor. On a piston compression tester, the front reads at 105psi (thats a cold dry engine) The rear won't register a single psi, which I find strange. All the seals appear to be intact by visual inspection through the port. And I thought a broken seal would still give compression from one rotor face, and that stuck seals would give even a bit of pressure.
Could it be that all 3 seals are stuck on the rear rotor? Or is there something else that could have happened thats causing 0 compression in the rear?
Thanks in advance

The motor is junk.
The seals could look intact, but the motor is no good.
I just tore down a similar motor which the "seals all looked good in the exhaust port".
What was wrong with it was that everything has rusted in the rear rotor.
All the rotor seals were stuck in their grooves.
The motor was basically junk.
