O idle, where art thou?

So my idle saga continued today as I replaced my BAC valve hoping to finally solve my idle problems. However as soon as I turned my TPS back down to about 1.1 ohms or so (from 2.5, the only way it would idle and run) I again ran into my surging idle problem. The idle is still mechanically very high (nearly as far open as it can be using the hard adjustment), but as soon as the car warms up, it develops a surge of about 600 rpm (so from about 1700-2300 the way its set now). I've checked my vacuum for leaks more times than I care to remember, and I just pulled the TID off today to make sure it wasn't cracked. Everything is tight. It pulls about 350mm/hg of vacuum at 1500rpm, so I really don't think its a vac leak. Does this leave the TPS as my problem? Is there some vac leak I could have possibly overlooked? TB problems? Any info or thoughts would really be appreciated. S5 TII, mods in sig, 3400 on rebuild.
