Searching the classified ads, i found this.
1986 Mazda rx-7 glx - a/c, 5 spd, full pwr w/sun rf. 116K mi. good cond. Needs eng work. $500.
That would be a good parts car, or even a project. Probably just needs a re-build. But you can just imagen its just flooded.

If it's flooded then you got an incredable deal on your hands!!! Make SURE that the seller is going to let it go for $500 BEFORE you try to start it. I had this happen to me with a used car guy. I was looking at a TII. The ad said that it needed engine work. So, I went to see it, and I didn't get him to commitbefore starting it. After I got it started (used the ATF trick), he jacked his price to $3K!! OMFG
