Not getting power to fuel pump *ViDEO*

Not sure what's wrong, had the engine rebuilt, perfect compression. Clean injectors, brand new fuel pump, fuel pump relay clicks on ignition. But no power Seems to actually be going to the pump at all. There's no sound from the pump when the ignition is turned on. Anyone else might know what could be wrong???
Car is a 10ae street ported 3"intake and exhaust. Pretty much everything else is stock

The pump does not turn on w/key to on and the engine off. Now if you want the pump to turn on w/key to on then you need to jumper the fuel check connector or open the AFM flapper. Outside of that, a normally wired fuel system will not do what you are asking it to. The pump turns on w/key to "START" and continues to run w/key to on and the engine running.

What are you trying to do? Are you trying to get the pump to run w/key to start or what?

You first asked why the pump doesn't come on w/key to on. This is usually done to check the integrity of the fuel system. If you're trying to get the pump to turn on so as to start the car then you should have initially stated this. Make sense? I am not a mind reader.

Have you checked to see if the 15 amp Engine fuse is good or not as the Circuit Opening Relay, which provides power to the pump, is powered by this fuse. If the fuse is good then jumper the fuel check connector as previously stated and turn the key to on and see if you can hear the pump turn on or not. The relay is located under the dash and just to the right of the steering column and it is Yellow and Black w/five wires total on two rows. The top row far right has a Blue wire. This wire should have voltage w/key to start and also w/key to on "if" the connector is jumpered. Does it?
