Question is this a normal angle for the engine mount? (pics)

yeah i was wondering if this amount of angle is normal.

*note- the right side of the mount arm is much lower then the left.

I guess. Isnt that the stock arm? Seems like mine had some tilt too, but I didnt pay much attention to how much

Normal. The engine also doesn't sit perfectly straight in the engine bay.

a lot of cars are like that. ever see a SR or RB motor in a nissan? to balance the weight evenly maybe? im not really sure

To make space for all the emissions components, and in general, to fit the engine in the car. That's what I'm speculating.
