No stoping power

Recently my brakes started acting up.

I have to step on the brake pedal really hard to get the car to stop. Pedal is firm/stiff. So far I've tried bleeding the system, looking for leaks and checking my brake fluid level(was good). Hand brake works fine btw.

Master cylinder or brake booster?

check the vacuum line on the brake booster, if thats not it it could be the booster itself
