Another thing that I've done to my car and caused it to have your symptoms, is when I left the middle plug off on the ECU. Car would start and run for just a few seconds.
Yet another is when I've not clamped one of the intercooler hoses or left off one of the two small hose.
Are you outta gas. Sorry, had to ask.

Yeah I have a 1/2 tank of gas. I know its spark related cuz sometimes the leading spark and sometime they dont. After cleaning the grounds for the coils it starts and revs totally normal for about 2 seconds then just dies out. The plugs/connectors are alll secure on the AFM, ECU, Coils, and Main relay. But I still havent tried a different main relay yet.

http://iluvmyrx7.com for the manual. If I were you I'd still jumper the fuel check connector, yellow in color, in front of the r/h strut tower, close to the pressure sensor. Two sockets. Just jumper a piece of wire between the two sockets. This causes the fuel pump to run always, not just when the key is turned to START. If the car still does the run for only 2 seconds thing, then its not the failure of the fuel pump not running.
Also with the jumper wire in place and the key to ON, you should be able to hear the pump running. If not, you have a fuel pump problem or relay problem.
