No spark from leading coil ????

I did some work on the car and when I finished it would not start. I installed a Fluidyne rad, a flex-a-lite fan, and oil pres/water temp gauges and now I have no spark. I don't have a clue. I changed out two other igniter coils without sucess. Stuck in Michigan
