Unhappy no power now???

Ok this is strange. I just took my car for a test drive after about a week of sitting. I had to change one of the pulleys (power stearing) that I thought was making a loud squeeling noise however when I changed it the car was still making this noise (only happens after warm up) Now when I test drove it I took the ps belt off all together and it still made the noise so I know its not comming from the ps now. Anyways what is worse is that today when I took it out, there was absolutly no power! I could here the turbo spooling up however now it doesn't have any power. The car idles fine so I don't think its bad seals??? Anyways I have an safc and have noticed before that same thing happend however with no power however if I erased all my settings everything started working again however now I did the same thing and still the same thing. I'm lost and fed up! I want a supra Anyways anyone ever had this same problem? by the way its an 88tII with the fallowing

rx7.com fuel pump
upgraded turbo (turbine)
tid mod
no cats (hks exhaust)
720 secondaries ( I even tuned them down around 4k rpm about 5 percent, did nothing)
fc3s.org oil pedestle
koyo rad
prolly other things just forgeting.
