no injector pulse

So, I'm thinking I just bought me a lemon but this thing is driving me nuts. Then again I haven't dealt with an S5 in a looong time.

So far I've checked that I have spark and fuel but none of it is going to the engine. Checked the injector pulse but no signal. Rerouted the grounds to somewhere it isn't rusted on the floorboard. Still no fire.

The car looks like its been flooded on the passenger side but the ecu seems intact no rust on it whatsoever. Wiring harness looks alright also, no corrosion or signs of water damage on the electrical components. Opened up the ecu looks like no damage internally. Still pretty clean in there.

I'm starting to think its a bad ecu since I'm getting signal from the CAS, MAF and TPS. Am I missing something else? I don't wanna throw cash away on something that I don't know if I wanna keep. If I do get it running then I'll decide to keep it, if not you'll see a part out thread.

Oh and it's a S5 Vert. Help save some money here guys lol

Are you checking primary or secondary injectors for pulse? Secondary don't pulse until 3800rpm with load on the engine.

LED check for secondary pulse: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generati...-issue-925980/

Have you check your cas ( crank angle sensor). Thats what will pulse your injectors.
