No compression

My engine only has 200 miles on it. What would cause my front rotor to loose all compression?

How about incorrect rebuild procedure resulting in nearly immediate failure of a key component (like an apex seal)? Just guessing. Make sure you are checking the compression correctly.

It would have to have been 2 seals. I wouldn't doubt this as it is my first rebuild. There was no noise or anything. It just started running poorly.

Here is what led up to the problem;
Rebuild engine with less than 200 miles.
Had problems with bouncing idle, poor performane and other annoying issues.
Had injectors cleaned and replaced oil pan gasket. Car sat for several weeks during this process. Car ran OK approx 5 minutes in neutral. I drove it down the street 50 yards then it started running like crap.

I'm hoping it might be stuck seals.
