NJ Emissions but removed emissions stuff

I used to have my 88 tii in CO where there were no emissions inspections. So I removed the rats nest, air pump, etc.
Now I live in NJ and should get it registered out here.
So I'm gonna have to run it thru emissions tests.

Is my only option to source all the stuff I've removed and put them back on?

There gotta be an inspection garage near you that will take a couple dollars under the table to pass your car. This is Jersey...........................

Goodluck dude, ive been trying for the last month to find a place to get a sticker and its effin impossible. Its the only thing keeping me from driving it and it sucks that i cant find anything.
