NGK platinum plugs?

I was looking at rx7store.net and saw some platinum plugs from NKG. They want $44 a set. The stock ones cost like $15 or so anyways. What heat range would I want and will they last longer or give any gain thats noticeable AT ALL? Thanks.

I've used the platinum plugs and can't say i noticed any performance increase.I always change my plugs every year and the platinjm don't look as wore when I change them so I suspect they would last longer.I get my plugs at Advance Auto Parts.I think I paid six or seven dollars apiece for the last platinums I got.

the only plus to platnum is that it lastes alot longer you wont notice any power gains unless you replacing some really worn out plugs but thats usuall with changing any plugs
