ok how long does it take to build oil pressure ? i read 10 secs of turning it over, but i turned mine over for 5-10 secs like 4 times and still 0psi each time i turned it over
i checked the oil filter and oil was in there , whats the problem?

Gauge not hooked up?
Could take some extended cranking to register oil pressure on the gauge. It's slow to respond, and by the time oil pressure builds up, you could have finished cranking. And remember, a fresh rebuild has to fill all the oil passages, entire oil filter, entire oil cooler, lines, etc. As long as you have oil in the filter, you have pressure. Odds are it will be fine when you start it.

You should pull the sparkplugs out and spin the engine to build the oil pressure so there won't be any load on the bearings as you do that.
Make sure the oil pressure sensor is working. While watching the gauge have someone MOMENTARILY touch the sensors wire to the block/ground. The needle should immediatley start to move upwards.
Oil in the filter is a good sign. A very good sign.
