New motor and lots of pics and turbo question
This maybe in the wrong place - single turbo forum, so i'll post it there as well.
Some of you may remember i posted up about my old motor being destroyed, if i can find a link i'll add it in here.
Ive got a new motor now and its in the vechile ready to be started but im just awaiting a turbo charger. I send away the hybrid i had to be back cut and they pulled it apart adn told me its stuffed. It never had a 360deg thrust installed and has thust craked the T4 backing plate and got major contaminants in the bearing assemby so requires oversize bearing etc etc etc, he wants NZ$900 to get it all sorted so im looking at a new turbo option.
Anyway here the new motor thats in the car now
im looking at buying a new turbo and manifold and I dont want any more than 300rwkw

Im thinking that the T3 flanged exhaust housing is probably going to provide good response time as i'd like to keep peak torque before 5000rpm and peak power before 7000 rpm and to run no more that 16-17psi
