New Greddy Intercooler Kit Discovered!!!!

I've been waiting for this kit to get in for about 3 months that someone else had ordered for their FC. All I wanted to do was see how everything was made. The guy who ordered it said that its not the normal Greddy kit, its different. He said it was bigger and was also cheaper, I thought he was full of it, but I was definately WRONG! This kit is awsome! It costs about $1100 and the core is huge measuring about 25 x 11.5 x 3 not including end caps. The piping doesn't get routed the same way the normal kit does. I placed my order today expecting it to take about 3 months to get since it comes directly from Japan. Has anyone else heard of this kit? If so why haven't we (at least me) known about this till now.

I know a guy that has that kit on his t2 vert. It doesnt quite fit perfect, he had to have a guy cut and re-weld a few bends to get around the power steering. The core is so big that it bulges the front bumper cover too. Its a cool kit, but be prepared you will have to do some rigging.

No...

But, if you learn anything more about it please post it or PM me! I was planning on getting a spearco core, and fabbing everything myself, b/c all the T2 kits have lame dimensions! Those are some sweet specs! The only thing I'd worry about is the cooling fins being damaged in the long hard journey to Ohio, from Japan!

Sorry. Slow reader here. I missed the address of the company that sells the kit you are talking about and or the ad where you saw it. Can you elaborate?

The Greddy intercooler kit I am talking about is not advertised over her in the states, but if you go to a Greddy dealer they should be able to get it for you. I will get the part# and post it. IF you are going to order it all you have to do is give them the part#, they will argue with you that the part # does not exist but it does.

I'm probably going to order this kit from RX7.com. Should be under $1100.

i wish they would make a non ps/ac kit. that would bump out alot of unecessary bends if i ordered it.

i personally rather go custom.
